Recruiting is in full swing, with several companies having been on campus in September and October, and NBMBAA conference being held in Washington D.C. in September.
November Placement:
Summary:
Full Time (Left Hand) – 24% through October, usually we are under-reported early in the school year. I estimate we are on track to benchmarks.
Internships: (Right Hand) – 7% through October. Similar to FT, under-reporting is occurring, and we are probably trending to benchmarks.
FULL TIME INTERNATIONAL PLACEMENT:
October comes in at 23%, flat to September. Assuming like above, we have some reporting issues which would narrow the gap to benchmarks.

INTERNSHIP INTERNATIONAL PLACEMENT:
Slower start this year, but like above, anticipating some under-reporting issues here. 1st Yr. placement usually is slower than FT due to FTs having internship offers that they convert early in the semester.
FULL TIME JOB OFFER FLOW:
This was a very good indicator this month. As you can see, we are some 9% points ahead of job offers at this stage of the year. A third of FT seeking students have offers. This indicator gives us an idea of how the market is moving early in the school year. Definitely better than last year.
